BELLA VISTA TANZANIA

Dar Es Salaam, is the former capital city as well as the most populous city in Tanzania and a regionally important economic centre. Located on the eastern coast of Tanzania, it is one of the fastest growing cities in the world.

Even the though the capital city of Tanzania has been moved to Dodomo, it still continues to remain a focus of central government bureaucracy.

It is the most prominent city in arts, fashion, media, music, film, television and is a leading financial center. 

With many exotic places nearby, like the Zanzibar Island, and many Wildlife National parks, the city is the leading arrival and departure point for most of the tourists who visit Tanzania.

Being closer to the equator as well as to the Indian Ocean on the east, Dar Es Salaam, has a tropical Wet and dry Savanna climate. It primarily has two season:- the dry season (summer) and the rainy season. There is no winter season.

The project Bella Vista, sits on an an iconic cliff-top on the beautiful Msasani Peninsula near to Dar Es Salaam city center.

It is a complex of 14 high end luxurious villas initiated by His Excellency Mr. Mohammad Gharib Bilal  (former Vice-President of Tanzania) and realized and executed by Heritage Heights Ltd Tanzania.

It is one of the most sought after location having many embassies of different countries within a range of 5 kms, it is conceived to be rented to many international VVIP RESIDENTS.

Firstly the design was a big challenge, as the need for the uninterrupted Ocean view from all the villas became the pre-requisite and also the challenge to keep the architecture subdued in front of the beautiful Mother Nature which is engulfed around it.

And secondly, getting it executed with utmost precision from new unknown people.  Detailed drawing was the only language which the local people would understand.

The fully air-conditioned and spacious villas, each are having a total floor space of 350 m² with 4 large bedrooms, living, dining, family, service areas and a servant’s room.

A 400 sq.m club house with roof-top recreational areas, infinity swimming pool, gymnasium, ablutions and change rooms is the integral part of the design amidst lush lawns that stretch up to the ocean for the enjoyment of the residents and their visitors.

The project was conceptualized in mid 2014, and its actual execution started around feb 2015. The project was completed in a span of 3 years and was handed and commissioned during mid June 2018.

The project shall be maintained and managed by Heritage Heights Ltd for the next 20 years and then it would be handed back to the Vice- president Dr. Bilal.

This was our first completed overseas project and has been a pride for all of us to be associated with such a high profile personality.
